Last Updated: August 7, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SeaDaddys Adventures website.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These website Terms are separate from any additional terms, waivers, policies, or agreements that apply to a specific reservation or activity.
Website Purpose
This website provides information about SeaDaddys Adventures, including tours, manatee experiences, diving, scalloping, wildlife activities, aquarium experiences, and related services.
Information on the website is provided for general informational and booking purposes.
We may modify website content, pricing information, availability, schedules, descriptions, or services at any time.
Reservations
Reservations may be processed through FareHarbor or another third-party booking platform.
By making a reservation, you may also be agreeing to:

Participant requirements
-
Waivers and releases

FareHarbor’s customer terms describe its booking service as a separate agreement between the customer and FareHarbor while the underlying activity is provided by the tour provider.
If there is a conflict between these general website Terms and specific terms presented for a reservation, the specific reservation terms will control for that booking.
Pricing and Availability
Prices, tour times, availability, inclusions, and other booking details may change.
Although we work to keep website information accurate, availability displayed through the booking system may change in real time.
A tour or activity is not reserved until the booking process has been completed and you receive confirmation.
Taxes, booking fees, optional upgrades, admission charges, or other charges may apply where disclosed during booking.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, voucher, late-arrival, and no-show policies may vary by activity.
The policy shown during your booking process or provided in your confirmation governs your reservation.
Visitors should review those terms carefully before completing a purchase.
Weather, wildlife activity, government restrictions, refuge conditions, equipment issues, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require modification, delay, relocation, or cancellation of an activity.
Wildlife Experiences
SeaDaddys offers experiences involving wild animals and natural environments.
Wildlife sightings, behavior, proximity, water clarity, weather conditions, and environmental conditions cannot be guaranteed.
Manatees and other wildlife move freely and behave independently. Photographs, videos, descriptions, and past guest experiences are illustrative and do not guarantee that a future guest will experience identical conditions.
Guests must follow all instructions provided by SeaDaddys staff and all applicable wildlife-protection laws and regulations.
